The cohort-based approach helps participants build strong relationships with other leaders across the industry, while the coaching component enables them to turn challenges into opportunities. At the same time, learners will have access to self-guided resources and materials to strengthen their leadership and management skills.

The course is delivered in six group lessons over six weeks, a private one-on-one coaching session with the coach and includes more than five hours of self-directed e-learning material.
