The Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA) serves over 450 member companies and their employees, on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and coastal British Columbia. With offices in Victoria and Nanaimo, we provide the local construction industry with training, skilled labour, business intelligence, and networking opportunities to help them grow their business while raising industry standards of excellence.
We are a not-for-profit organization and our small but mighty team is made up of passionate people who show up every day ready to go above and beyond to serve our membership and build relationships with industry stakeholders.

Harm Reduction Project Coordinator
Prince George | Full-time
Reporting to the Director of Operations with support from the Project Leader, the Harm Reduction Project Coordinator will work in collaboration with a Special Advisory Committee and in cooperation with other Key Provincial Stakeholders. The Harm Reduction Project Coordinator will work with the Project Leader to develop, coordinate, and deliver education which serves to enhance access to harm reduction in the Construction Industry.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, well organized and have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with all multi-industry stakeholder groups and advisory committees. The ideal candidate must be enterprising with good intuition and initiative and be well versed in data gathering and research, they must also be able to work with minimal supervision.
