Bianca Brown

I am a lighthearted, friendly, and compassionate conversationalist who enjoys weight lifting. In January 2022, I started with VICA as the Vancouver Island Tailgate Toolkit Project Coordinator. Before that I have worked in the fields of Mental Health, Addiction, Homelessness, and Youth Justice wearing many different hats. Now being apart of the Tailgate Toolkit Project I get to wear another hat in hopes to bring harm reduction awareness to our industry through conversations up and down the island.
