Membership Terms & Conditions
Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors. Member applicants are responsible to ensure that the correct membership classifications are selected. Membership dues are payable in advance.
The Membership Agreement shall commence on an interim basis upon receipt of payment and shall continue for the initial one year term upon approval. The Membership will be automatically renew annually on the anniversary date of the membership unless notice in the form of a resignation is provided in writing to VICA no less than 30 days prior to the end of the initial or subsequent terms.
Members agree to pay all fees, dues and assessments determined by the Association within 30 days of the date of invoice. A member account that is outstanding 60 days after the date of invoice will be considered to be a “member not in good standing” , and access to services may be limited and credit suspended.
We hereby agree to abide by the constitution and by-laws and policies of the Vancouver Island Construction Association as may be established for the governance of its members and the Association.
