Is this a construction management program or a course?

This is a stand-alone construction project management course, not a full construction management program or diploma. It is designed as a professional development course focused on practical, real-world project management skills for the construction industry. The course is delivered through online video modules and can be completed at your own pace.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate and depending on location, may be eligible for industry continuing education credits, making it an ideal option for professionals looking to strengthen specific project management skills without committing to a multi-course program.

Will I need to study to complete the training successfully?

The course is designed to be practical and easy to follow, with no heavy academic studying required. Participants can successfully complete the training by watching the video modules and reviewing the course reference PDFs. There is a short multiple-choice exam at the end of each video which must be successfully completed before moving on to the next video module.

While some review and reflection are helpful—especially if you’re new to project management—the focus is on understanding and applying practical concepts rather than memorizing theory or completing complex exams. The instructor clearly explains all learning outcomes to help you grasp construction management fundamentals.

Our courses are a series of user friendly video modules from expert instructors. The courses are self-paced and allow you to decide when you want to learn, and how quickly you want to work through the material.

Courses are divided into modules that contain expert instructional videos, access to slides with narration, and interactive exercises. Each module concludes with a short, multiple choice quiz of questions and answers that requires an 80% pass mark before proceeding to the next video module.

Upon successful completion of all modules you will receive a certificate of completion.
