Course Outcomes:

• Learn how to address incidences of unacceptable behaviour and how to identify these behaviours before they escalate.

• Cancellation requested five (5) or more business days before the course: Full refund of registration fees or a one-time course date transfer.
• Cancellation requested less than five (5) business days before the course or on the day of the course: No refunds. Registration fees cannot be transferred to a future course date.
• Substitutions: Substitution of another member of your company/team is permitted up to the course start date at no additional fee. Email notification of the substitution is required to issue a certificate.
• Unless otherwise stated, all individuals who can see, hear, or observe virtual course sessions must be registered paid participants. Non-compliance with this requirement will result in removal from the course. Refunds will not be issued to participants removed for non-compliance.
• Failure to attend, log in, or remain present for any virtual or in-person session for which a participant is registered will be considered a no-show. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued in these circumstances.
