Transformative Leadership: Creating effective Managers | Hybrid (e-Learning & Live Online)

Transformative Leadership is a 7-session hybrid course bringing together management tools with leadership mindsets to help new supervisors develop into strong leaders.

Brought to you by BestHuman, an online leadership development platform, this course combines self-directed learning, with peer networking, and leadership coaching to provide a fully realized leadership learning experience. 

The group cohort provides a valuable opportunity for peer networking. The classroom community helps participants build strong relationships with other new leaders across the industry, and the coaching aspect of this program will help you dig deep to turn challenges into opportunities. At the same time learnings will have access to self-guided resources and materials to strengthen their leadership and management skills.

This course is delivered in 7 weekly 1-hour Sessions delivered via live online video platform and 5+ hours of self-directed e-learning and material.

Hybrid | Live Online & Self-directed Learning

What’s a hybrid course? It’s a combination of e-learning through a guided platform and live, online sessions with a cohort of your peers, guided by ICF certified coaches from the construction industry. 

Participants will gain access to BestHuman, a leadership coaching platform to provide outstanding course materials, exercises and guidance. Live Online sessions will be led by ICF Certified coaches that also have a breadth of industry experience to draw from.

Following training,

1. Participants will learn tried and tested communication strategies and be able to apply them in appropriate situations to work better with their teams and organizations.

3. Participants will learn models and methods for providing critical management functions for their team including delegation, conflict resolution, and performance management.

Holding her Master’s Degree in Executive and Organizational Coaching, a graduate certificate in Executive Coaching, and over a decade as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, she has honed her expertise in supporting leaders in the construction industry. 

She is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, is also certified in change management and recognized as a leadership expert. Her pragmatic and thoughtful approach empowers leaders to navigate challenges and drive success in their teams.
