Description
The Builders Code sets a standard code of conduct for workers on construction sites. It defines an ‘Acceptable Worksite’ as the starting point for reducing risk and ensuring a safe and productive environment for all workers. The Builders Code is intended to help construction employers communicate a reasonable, consistent behaviour expectation to improve the safety, productivity and retention of skilled tradespeople, and reduce project risk.
This 2-hour course is designed for executives and site supervisors in the construction industry.
Shaping positive worksite behaviour – one’s own and the behaviour of others – is one of the most important and powerful responsibilities of leadership. An inclusive and respectful worskite culture translates to better productivity and safety outcomes and can help attract and retain the best workers.
This session will show worksite leaders practical ways to better their leadership skills and manage and maintain an environment where workers can thrive.
