Knappett Industries (2006) Ltd. is a privately owned construction company, based in Nanaimo and Fort St. John, BC, Canada. Since Commencing operations in 1988, Knappett Industries (2006) Ltd. has grown into a leading supplier of construction services for residential subdivision development, underground utility installation & replacement, road building and land clearing needs on Vancouver Island and Northern BC. The main focus of our operations extends from Victoria in the South, to Fort St. John in the North.

we strive for the highest quality of workmanship and are perpetually moving towards only using locally sourced materials from in and around Canada with as little waste and low emissions as possible. We are a GREEN conscious company, who puts the environment first. We recycle/upcycle and reuse what we can, where we can, to keep costs low and quality high. Leading up to this point we’ve primarily focused on custom woodworking and residential finishing. In the last few years though we are diversifying our portfolio to include solar and alternative energies and building practices while growing our brand and legacy.
