Knightway is positioned to service all facets inside the modular and prefab industry. We’re partnered in a modular and prefabricated building manufacturing facility called Evolv Modular and Prefab. Evolv has their CSA A277 certification, while Knightway Developments provides the 2-5-10 New Home Warranty through Travelers Insurance., and their Building and Developer Licensed from BC Housing so that we are the One-Stop-Shop. Evolv is designing and fabricating smartly crafted buildings built with thought and intention. Offering the latest in BC building codes adherence, and designed to meet, and exceed step 3 energy code. We intimately understand transport and installation, as well as the construction process in building everything from commercial office portables to finely finished custom homes, and for that reason we decided to offer the full package from building / development permits to a turn-key move in ready home / structure. We have designed our building to be durable during transport, systematically designed for consistent air and vapour tightness, and aesthetically appealing that that it can be enjoyed my numerous generations and owners. We believe in factory built for a variety of reasons, but a few reasons we chose this is because building inside controlled environments ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
