As the Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA), we serve our construction community: the institutional, commercial, industrial, civil, and multi-family residential construction sectors on Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and other coastal areas of British Columbia.

VICA members come from all areas of our construction community from manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors to designers, owners, and purchasers of construction services. We're made up of a diverse group of individuals — women, men, young, and old — that bring unique skills and experience to the workforce.

  • Foster growth, economic stability, and prosperity in the construction community;
  • Promote a greater understanding of the construction sector among policy and decisionmakers, and the public;
  • Promote industry and operational excellence; and
  • Promote fair, open, transparent, and ethical standards and practices within the construction community.
