To meet the growth in our community, VICA is calling for collaboration between the industry, and all levels of government.
Our Advocacy Model is based on our three strategic plan pillars: Advocate, Connect, and Educate.
Advocate
Representing and promoting the interests of our members, industry, and communities.
Priorities:
– Expand workforce development
– Be the preferred source of sector knowledge
Connect
Building, creating and strengthening relationships among members, stakeholders, and community.

– Facilitate networking and collaboration
– Promote partnership and coalition
– Strengthen committees to serve members
Educate
Enhancing knowledge and skills, fostering growth and innovation.
Priorities:
– Provide in-demand training
– Expand business support resources
– Promote technologies and innovation
