Alex Minett, AScT.

Alex Minett is a Civil and Materials Engineering Technologist with a focus on concrete service life, corrosion of metals in soils and finite element modelling. His experience relates to project coordination, materials engineering, geotechnical engineering, concrete technology and condition assessments of concrete and steel. He is regularly involved in projects concerning probabilistic durability driven design methods relating to concrete structures. Further to this he is often brought in for geotechnical and infrastructure projects where high-level construction monitoring and review is required. Notable projects he has worked on include the Clover Point Pump Station Wastewater Treatment Project in Victoria and the New Fraser River Crossing, Pattullo Bridge, in New Westminster.
