Save money on construction training with the B.C. Employer Training Grant

Did you know you can save money on staff training through the B.C. Employer Training Grant (formally the Canada BC Job Grant Fund)?

Workforce Training Stream
All VICA courses fit under this category. This stream is designed to support any training that aligns with employers business needs. For example: leadership, management, and soft skills training fall under this category.

The intake for applications opens June 1st for training start dates between September 1 and December 31, 2018. Update: No longer accepting applications as of 11:00 a.m. on June 4, 2018.

Approved training applications from employers receive reimbursement of 60% of the training cost (to a maximum of $5000 per participant). Learn more.

Technical Skills Training Stream
Employers can also receive reimbursement for apprenticeship and trades training through the Technical Skills Training Stream. More info.
