Nanaimo Correctional Centre Business-To-Business Networking Session

The Province of B.C. announced moving forward with the replacement of the Nanaimo Correctional Centre (NCC) with a modern, progressive facility that rethinks and reshapes the design of progressive rehabilitation environments within the British Columbia correctional system.

The new 202-cell NCC will include secure, medium and open custody living units for men, a secure living unit for women, administration areas for programming and staff services, as well as support spaces such as food services, health care, laundry and admissions and discharge.

Due to the strong interest in this project from the local business community, VICA and Partnerships BC are pleased to invite local contractors and business and service providers to a Business-to-Business Networking Session. This event is an opportunity for businesses to meet with representatives of each of three proponent teams to promote their companies and services in support of the design and construction of the new NCC.
