Hazelwood Construction $10K Challenge to benefit BC Children's Hospital

NANAIMO, BC, May 7, 2019 -- Hazelwood Construction, a Vancouver Island Construction Association (VICA) member, is officially challenging construction companies in the Nanaimo area to meet or exceed their $10,000 donation to the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

Hazelwood Construction donates to the BCCHF every year, but this year company management wants to involve the rest of the Nanaimo community with the hope of raising more money. This year’s donation is particularly meaningful as a staff member’s family recently had need of the emergency services and excellent staff at BC Children’s Hospital.

Hazelwood hopes that other construction companies in the Nanaimo area will donate whatever they can to support the organization that helps so many children and families each year.
