The Changing Face of Construction Procurement and Adapting
The pace of change in the construction industry is at an all-time high. Compounded with a significant amount of trends taking place all at once, it is surely keeping our leaders awake at night. How to adapt, find a niche, innovate or stay ahead of the game are questions that a panel of industry leaders will be addressing during the session. Here are a few of the trends that might be discussed: P3 and Hybrid P3s, Design Build, Bundling, Integrated Design Process, Lean Construction, Foreign Competition and Labour Force Impacts.
