October 20th 2017
Full interior renovation and upgrading of a 32 unit apartment building. This project involved the interior strip out of kitchens, flooring, bathrooms, and interior finishes within all suites and common areas. Interior suite renovations were completed to achieve an open floor plate concept and new finishes installed.

737 Fort St

November 1st 2017
Another one of Victoria’s great heritage buildings. This heritage project involved building upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, the conversion of an existing bank vault into a fully accessible bathroom on the main level, heritage restoration of interior woodwork, doors and trims as well as tenant improvements. We added an exterior ramp with granite finishes and decorative brass handrails resembling the existing heritage façade to further the buildings accessibility.
