ABOUT JOHN HIEBERT
John Hiebert is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and Building Technologist by training and a Gold Seal Certified Project Manager by vocation. A BC native, he has been managing the construction of projects throughout BC for over 40 years.
His company, TASK Construction Management, provided construction and project management services to both private and public sector clients from 1989 to 2012 until the company was sold to foreign interests. Prior to founding TASK his work included management of projects in western Canada in civil works as well as several buildings in commercial, industrial, institutional, and multi-tenant residential sectors.
Mr. Hiebert's history working with general contractors, developers, design-builders, and as a provider of PM/CM services uniquely qualifies him to speak from first-hand experience on the major project delivery models in practice today.
