  Associate membership is offered to individuals or corporations who are private or public building owners or their agents, purchasers of construction services, government agencies, design, accounting or legal professionals, banking or financial service providers, or other product or service provides to the construction industry whose membership application is approved, and who choose not to require all the benefits of Individual or Corporate Membership such as integrated membership in the British Columbia and Canadian Construction Associations, eligibility to vote and to be elected to the Board of Directors of any of the integrated associations.
