 Job Description:

- Min. 5 years’ experience in commercial construction industry in an estimating position.

- Experience with Microsoft Office

- Experience preferred (but not necessary) with Timberline estimating software

- Experience with construction administration and working knowledge of bidding and tendering projects.

- Some hands-on working knowledge of construction

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Self-starter and can work independently

- Ability to manage projects

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of Estimating / Quantity Surveying experience
• 10 years experience in the Construction industry
• Experience estimating projects $5 M- $25 M
• Excellent Organization and Communication Skills
• Ability to estimate a complete large construction project from start to finish
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Enjoys working on a team and possesses leadership qualities
